COVID-19 made her job impossible and the rules often changed daily. The "process" of selling was redefined daily. Showing an empty house SHOULD have been so easy. However the state made one fits all rules. Which made NO sense. But she adapted and got the job done. She knows her neighborhood and she knows her job. She recommended needed contactors and later followed up with them which is hard enough under normal circumstances. She was always prepared and on time. Which doesn't seem like much until you are trying to coordinate different things from another state. Then you come to appreciate how important it is to be able to depend on someone who is on their game.
